We always here stories about bad service and not enough about the people who you remember when you leave a store because they provided proffesional friendly helpful service. Ricky i dont think there has been a time ive been in store when you are working that you havent acknowledged and smiled at me. I spoke to you on the phone tonight and you couldnt have done any better handling the call. As it turned out product was not edible and i will see you tomorrow. Keep up the great service and smiles. Male staff member with ponytail argued that lemons were the green ones to my father. Then threatened to refuse service... What ever happend to "The customer is always right"?
